Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Shuchee Corporation!

We have a 48 hours return and/or exchange policy i.e. the customer may return or exchange the product within the first 48 hours of your purchase/ delivery. Incase 48 hours have passed since your delivery, you will not be offered a return and/or exchange of any kind. Please contact us at info@shuchee.com for any return or exchange of Shuchee Corporation products only.

Eligibility for Return and Exchanges

  • The product must be in original condition in which it was delivered.
  • The item must be in the same original packaging.
  • Photographic proof of purchase i.e. Invoice is required.
  • The items purchased on sale will not be available for return.
  • Used Products will not be returned.
  • Return/ Exchanges

    Return/ Exchanges will be allowed in the following cases only:

  • The product is damaged or if you received the wrong item.
  • The product is not sealed properly at the time of delivery.
  • The product has expired by the time of delivery.
  • Please contact us at info@shuchee.com for any exchange with product details, reason for exchange and photo of the product received.We are not responsible for damage caused to the product once the product has been delivered and hence those damaged products won’t be exchanged or returned. Also, if the product is open then it won’t be exchanged or returned. We only replace our products if they are damaged or expired at the time of delivery. The exchange of the product shall be verified by the Company. The return/ exchange, if accepted, shall be picked up from the same address and after pick up, you will be soon notified about the expected date of exchange. Once the product is picked up, the product shall be exchanged at no additional cost within the next 15 business days. Incase of quality issues, please contact us at info@shuchee.com.

    Refunds Policy

  • Damages due to neglect, improper usage, and wrong application will not be covered under this policy.
  • Company reserves its right to decide whether a product is returnable or refundable.
  • Once your request for return/refund is accepted, the refund process will take 5-25 business days to get completed.
  • Incase you have not received your refund even after the above mentioned period, please contact us at info@shuchee.com
  • Cancellation of Orders

    The customer may cancel his/her order within 24 hours of the order placed by the Customer. After 24 hours the order cannot be canceled. Shuchee Corporation reserves the right to cancel an order within 48 hours from the time of order for various reasons including but not limited to the stock shortage, errors in pricing, description or any information in the website or issues with the personal/financial details provided by the customer.
