Shipping Policy

Eligibility for Return and Exchanges

  • We process all our domestic orders within 15 business days. valuable order will be delivered within 15 days to 3 weeks depending on the location as remote areas are not easily accessible.
  • The deliveries of your valuable order will be made in the working hours only i.e.10 am to 6 pm from excluding all the public holidays and holidays declared by our courier partners.
  • Shuchee Corporation is not responsible for the damage of the product after delivery.
  • All our orders will be delivered to the address provided by the buyer at the time of order.
  • The customer will receive the confirmation of the Order by email. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as provided at the time of order.
  • For any complaints/issues with regards to your order, you may contact us on 9910177311 or info@shuchee.com or through our website within 7 days of delivery for resolution.

    • Cancellation of Orders

    The customer may cancel his/her order within 24 hours of the order placed by the Customer. The customer cannot cancel once the order has been packed/ shipped/ in transit. After 24 hours the order cannot be canceled. Shuchee Corporation reserves the right to cancel an order within 48 hours from the time of order.

    Charges

  • We charge a flat shipping rate of INR Rs 100 for all orders within India.
  • Our Shipping charges may vary for our International orders.
